A creation born from the study of the works of Kaká Werá and Ailton Krenak and the relationship between the bodies of the performers, their cycles, and the ancestral force of this land called Brazil.

Cosmophobia

A dance performance freely inspired by the book: " The land gives, the land wants, " by the quilombola thinker and poet Antônio Bispo dos Santos. On stage, the body moves to create tension and embody the urgencies of our time.

Currently in the creation process, the new work from the Research Center concludes the TERRA Project Trilogy, adding to the works Ancestral Body and Cosmophobia. The work deepens the dialogue between poetics and politics, this time traversed by the studies of the philosopher Byung-Chul Han.

In 2025, the women of the Research and Creation Center embarked on the challenge of collaborative, hand-in-hand authorial explorations. Research and creation

Every week, we meet for 3 hours in an ongoing laboratory of investigation and dance. Using the body as a starting point, the practice develops from the director's prompts and the themes that emerge from the process.
The exchange and shared study of texts give shape and foundation to what emerges.
